Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and execute content and technical SEO strategies

  • Conduct technical SEO and backlink audit, and draw insights for improvement

  • Develop and implement link building strategy

  • Execute, optimize, manage, and track SEM campaigns by setting relevant keywords and optimizing ads regularly to make an adjustment, improve quality score, improve CTR, and increase conversion rate

  • Assist in formulating and executing SEM to drive incremental traffic and conversions while managing to a defined budget

  • Assist in producing and optimising SEM ad texts, landing pages and banners

  • Develop, analyze and report on SEM campaigns top to bottom across multiple ad campaigns, product lines and regions using Google Adwords, Facebook, etc.

  • Develop tracking mechanism for measuring the effectiveness of SEM and another digital marketing campaign

  • Plan & execute online advertising and retargeting channels such as SEM, Display Channels, Social Media Channels, Programmatic Channels, GDN, Facebook etc.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience working with SEO & SEM, keywords research & analysis

  • Experience in digital agency / medical industry is an advantage

  • Preferably with eCommerce experience

  • Strong knowledge in online marketing tools, including Google Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Analytics

  • Excellent in Chinese and English written skills
