Responsibilities:
· Provide installation and support service for the networking products (Switch, Router, AP, etc)
· Carry out Windows server, Microsoft application installation and configuration
· Support for Microsoft AV Defender and APT Security Solution
· Assist with 1st tier support both on and off site
· Support remote/onsite project work and work requests
· Update paper work to project manager
Requirements :
· Diploma or above in computer science / computer engineering / electronic engineering or related disciplines
· Holder of MCSE/MCSA/MCP are preferable
· Minimum 2 years working experience in engineering position
· Prior Experience in Windows server setup is required.
· Prior Experience in Unified Communication System or Video Conferencing System or Telephony System are highly preferable
· Able to be a Team player
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Willing to learn
